Respected Parents/ Guardians,

With due respect, it is stated that I am writing to you with sheer disappointment and anxiety that your son/daughter, (Name of the son), who are enrolled in (mention grade). His/her academic performance has been really poor recently. (Describe in your own words). That is yet not a point of much concern. His/her behavior with his/her classmates in intolerable. S/He misbehaves on every single thing. Whenever someone talks to him/her, s/he shouts back. (Explain all about the situation). S/He throws things at children. S/He spits in children’s lunch boxes.

He also beats other children. He gets very hyper. Not only that, On (mention date) he hit a girl with a play stick on her nose and her nose started bleeding. Even her parents came the next day and complained about your son but I somehow told them that it was an accident and it was not something intentional. (Describe actual problem and situation). Everyone in class is afraid of him/her and does not like his/her presence neither do they feel comfortable being paired up with your son/daughter for any activity or something.

I have tried talking to him several times but s/he does not listen and s/he shouts and misbehaves in return. S/He hides children’s stationery and children start crying. S/He also locked a student in the washroom.

With sheer sorrow, it is stated that if this attitude of your son/daughter continues, we will have to cancel his/her admission because the entire class is annoyed by him/her. I have been forced by all of his/her teachers to write this letter to you. (describe your requirement and managerial decision). It is stated that you are requested to please visit my office on (mention date) so that we can discuss this matter in detail.

I hope you will consider whatever I have written and taken prompt actions against the whole situation. I am looking forward to your cooperation.
