Floriculture plant life include bedding crops, houseplants, flowering lawn and pot crops, cut cultivated vegetables, and cut flowers. As distinguished from nursery crops, floriculture crops are generally herbaceous. Bedding and garden plants include young flowering crops (annuals and perennials) as well as vegetable plants. Flowering plants are largely sold in pots for indoor use.
