Basic lecture of this lecture is to present on Physical Activity. Regular exercise, included as part of the new food pyramid, is an important part in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Exercise (physical activity) involves any form of movement such as walking, jogging, climbing stairs, or playing basketball. Walking, running, dancing, swimming, yoga, and gardening are a few examples of physical activity. Exercise hints: Include activities you enjoy doing and Work your way up to at least 30 min. of physical activity per day.
