Scalability Testing is a parameter that investigates a system’s ability to grow by increasing the workload per user, or the number of concurrent users, or the size of a database. It refers to performance testing that is focused on understanding how an application scales as it is deployed on larger systems and/or more systems or as more load is applied to it. It’s main goals are to determine the user limit for the web application and ensure end user experience, under a high load, is not compromised.
