Concurrency Control in Distributed Databases

Main objective of this lecture is to presentation on Concurrency Control in Distributed Databases. In information technology and computer technology, especially in this fields of computer programming, operating systems, multiprocessors, and databases, concurrency control means that correct results intended for concurrent operations are usually generated, while getting those results as fast as possible. This lecture focus to analysis concurrency control schemes for use in distributed environment. Here also briefly describe Distributed Lock Manager, Majority Protocol and Biased Protocol with examples.
