Prime objective of this lecture is to present on Climate of North America. North America, extending to within 10° of latitude of both the equator and the North Pole, embraces every climatic zone, from tropical rain forest and savanna on the lowlands of Central America to areas of permanent ice cap in central Greenland. Here briefly describe on Coniferous Forests: Upper area of North America; Pines, fir and spruce trees, produce cones which contains the seeds. Deciduous Forest: They are found 0 – 50° degrees north latitude. Trees are oaks, maples, beeches, hickories and ashes. Finally present on Mediterranean Region and Rainforest.
