Environmental toxicology, also known as entox, is a multidisciplinary field of science related to the study of the harmful effects of assorted chemical, biological in addition to physical agents upon living organisms. Ecotoxicology is often a subdiscipline of environmental toxicology related to studying the harmful effects of toxicants on the population and environment levels.
