Genital wart symptoms can vary from individual to individual in each way. In various people they can emerge as minute, cauliflower similar to clusters or similar to flat, white areas that look like dry, flaky skin more than the emergence of a wart. Furthermore, the breakout can be internal and may be occurring in the urethra, the rectum or the cervix.
