Prime Factorization

The aim of this lecture is to present on Prime Factorization. Prime factorization or integer factorization of a number is the determination of the set of prime numbers which multiply together to give the original integer. It is also known as prime decomposition. Every composite number expressed as a product of a prime number. Prime: A whole number that has exactly two factors, 1 and the number itself; example: 11, 13, 25. Composite: A number greater than 1 with more than two factors; example: 6, 10, 18. Neither prime nor composite: 1 has only one factor. O has an infinite number or factors.
