Quantum Entanglement

Quantum Entanglement is an applications in the emerging technologies of quantum computing and quantum cryptography, and has been used to realize quantum teleportation experimentally. It means that multiple particles are linked together in a way such that the measurement of one particle’s quantum state determines the possible quantum states of the other particles. Quantum Entanglement is an area of extremely active research by the physics community, and its effects have been demonstrated experimentally with photons, electrons, molecules the size of buckyballs, and even small diamonds.
