Attitude can be formed from a person’s past and present. It is an evaluation of an attitude object, ranging from extremely negative to extremely positive. It influences an individual’s choice of action, and responses to challenges, incentives, and rewards. It’s accessibility refers to the activation of an attitude from memory in other words, how readily available is an attitude about an object, issue, or situation. attitude have four major componentsare; (1) Affective: emotions or feelings. (2) Cognitive: belief or opinions held consciously. (3) Conative: inclination for action. (4) Evaluative: positive or negative response to stimuli.
